Bluegrass Barkery is passionate about the health of our pets. Because of our outgoing, bright and talented Team Members we've become Lexington's leading retailer of quality, natural products for dogs and cats.

Team Members are the heart of our company. They are responsible for much of Bluegrass Barkery's contribution to the health of dogs and cats and to the happiness of their owners. They are also responsible for creating the Bluegrass Barkery experience for most of the dog and cat owners who visit our stores. Duties range from the physical (putting away shipments of dog and cat food) to the intellectual (helping a dog or cat owner solve an unusual nutritional problem).

 

Team Members enjoy dogs and cats and are committed to expanding their knowledge of them. They are flexible, have good judgment, and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure that the store is a clean, interesting and happy place for customers and staff to shop, work and interact with each other.
